This part-time opportunity (20 hours per week) perfect for individuals wanting a change to their current role or returning to work with a few years of experience. Contribute to a dynamic team and make a real impact on New Zealand's netball scene. A background in a sporting code is preferable with a start date end of January / beginning of February 2024.
Auckland Netball is a vibrant hub of netball excellence located just 10 minutes from Auckland City. We're the largest centre in New Zealand, home to over 980 teams and nearly 30,000 passionate members and participants. In addition to our thriving netball community, we host diverse events, run holiday programmes, and operate the popular Kokkino Café and Catering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage all social media platforms
- Maintain the company website ensuring content and images are relevant and up-to-date
- Monitor the annual budget
- Coordinate the print advertising including brochures, flyers, and signage with the designer
- Track advertising campaigns and monitor results
- Co-ordinate surveys to be sent out
- Take photographs at key events
Qualifications and Skills:
- A relevant Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or Communication, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organisational skills, juggling multiple tasks with ease.
- Highly motivated, with a creative and intelligent approach.
- Excel in social media management and content creation, sharing our passion for netball
