REPRESENTATIVE PROGRAMME

Auckland Netball has a fantastic representative programme that has achieved consistent success over many years and we have the following representative teams for our centre.  ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

PLAYER ELIGIBILITY FOR TRIALS

Auckland Netball members are governed by the Netball New Zealand, the Netball Northern Zone and Auckland Netball Centre Inc representative regulations.  
 
For a player to be eligible to represent Auckland Netball that player must be registered with Auckland Netball at the time of playing.

A player registered in more than one Netball Centre must nominate which Netball Centre is her Primary Netball Centre on the registration form. The Primary Netball Centre shall take precedence if the player is selected as a representative player in more than one Centre.
 
If a player who is registered with Auckland Netball (and has indicated Auckland Netball as the centre it wishes to represent) is not selected to play for Auckland Netball, that player can apply to Auckland Netball for a written release and transfer to play for another Centre.

Netball Northern Zone offers our players representation at regional level in the following teams:

• Northern MG Mystics
• Stars Netball
• Netball Northern Zone

Auckland Netball also offers an opportunity for players to represent the centre in the following teams:

• Opens x 1 team
• Under 18 x 2 teams
• Under 16 x 2 teams
• Under 14 x 2 teams

Trials for Auckland Netball age group teams will be held in May.

U14 Trial Dates and Times
Monday 4 May 2026, 6.00pm-8.00pm
(registrations 5:30pm outside courts)  

Sunday 10 May 2026, 9am - 11am
(registrations 8:30am outside courts)

U16 Trial Dates and Times
Sunday 10 May 2026, Noon - 2pm
(registrations 11:30am outside courts)

Wednesday 13 May 2026, 6pm - 8pm
(registrations 5:30pm outside courts)

U18 Trial Dates and Times

(registrations 5:30pm outside courts)

Monday 11 May, 6pm - 8pm
(registrations 5:30pm outside courts)

Important Information
Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the start of each trial to sign in and be given a trial number and to warm up.

Please wear neutral clothing (no school/club/team logos).
Registrations close 5pm, Thursday 28 April 2026. 

Late nominations will be only considered by request to the Representative Convenor.
